OUR BOOKING POLICIES
Once a client sends their deposit, the client is agreeing to comply with our cancellation/rescheduling policy. Client must notify us at least 7 days in advance from their scheduled date in order to reschedule an appointment without losing their deposit. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled within our 7 day grace period, the scheduled service must be paid in full. Once the service has been paid in full, the client may reschedule and show for their appointment without a balance due on the day of their service. If the client refuses to pay for the service in full, then the client will lose their deposit and will need to place a new deposit for any future appointments.

Cancellations
- Please ensure 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are NON-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days of notice.
No Shows
- If you fail to show for your appointment, our artist is will lose out on an appointment that another client may have tried to book, so you will lose/forfeit your reservation deposit. In order to reschedule, you will need to place a new non-refundable deposit.
- In the case of a no-show or you cancel the same day, the remainder of your balance will be charged, and your reservation deposit will be forfeited.
No Guests Policy
- California State Regulations prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from entering our studio space. Guests who carpooled may wait in the studio as long as they do not disrupt the procedure/business.
- Guests are not allowed in the studio space while client treatments are ongoing. Please come to your appointment unaccompanied.
- Guests may wait nearby at nearby coffee shops, restaurants, or outdoor bars. (If you need any suggestions, feel free to ask us!)
Reservation Deposits
- A NON-refundable deposit is required immediately to secure your appointment date and time. A 30% deposit is necessary to reserve your spot. The 30% deposit balance will be applied towards the overall cost of your scheduled session.
- The remainder balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Touch-Ups
- Clients are responsible for scheduling their touch-up appointment, if needed, between 6 to 8 weeks after the initial session. Missing the touch-up timeframe may require scheduling a color boost touch up, at a different price point.
- Only returning clients may schedule a touch up or color boost with our artist. If the client has gotten work done elsewhere and needs a touch up, the client must book a new Microblading or combo brows appointment instead.
Waitlist
- If the date or time you would like to book is already taken, send a text to be added onto a waitlist if there was a cancellation (323) 592-9610
VIP/After Hours Scheduling
- If the week is booked, and you need to be squeezed in, contact our coordinator at (323) 592-9610 to schedule your appointment. We will offer priority time slots for the client at a VIP price point.
Parking
- Free parking is available in the plaza!
- Tardiness is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals due to traffic, parking, or personal emergencies. Please plan your commute/drive accordingly to ensure you do not arrive late for your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

- Tips for your artist/services are not obligatory but are highly valued and appreciated :)
