Microblading is a cosmetic semi permanent tattooing technique used to create the appearance of fuller, more defined eyebrows. It involves using a manual handheld tool with a row of tiny needles to deposit pigment under the skin  in thin, hair-like strokes. The result is a natural, semi-permanent eyebrow that can last up to 2 years. Many people opt for microblading to save time in their daily make up routine or as a solution for sparse/uneven eyebrows. 

Microblading alone may not always be sufficient, so this is where combo brows come in. The combination of microblading strokes and shading creates a beautiful blend of both techniques, particularly ideal for clients with sparse, over plucked eyebrows who desire a fuller look. Our recommendation  would be to opt for combo brows for a more voluminous appearance. During your consultation, you can discuss with Joanna to finalize your decision, and even add the combo brows to your service.

A 6-8 week touch up is highly recommended to fulfill the complete microblading procedure as microblading is usually a 2-step process. This is what we call the perfecting session, to fill in any areas that may have faded more than others and to ensure your eyebrows are to perfection. 

(This is usually only necessary after your very first appointment. Sometimes a 6-8 touch up may be advised after an annual touch up depending on your retention.)

A color boost appointment is basically a second touch up for those who may need more definition with their microblading/combo brows. 

**Retention may vary due to skin type, life styles, diets, health, etc.

An annual touch up is basically following all the steps of the first appointment which includes re-mapping the eyebrows, and mixing your custom pigment color. Annual touch ups are recommended as semi-permanent make up requires maintenances for the best results in your eyebrow appearance. 

**Annual Touch Up price is only available for Joanna's returning clients who come back before 16 months. Anything scheduled 16 months after your last appointment would be a new appointment.

Your eyebrows will look like the ultimate groomed, brushed up feathered eyebrows. Brow tint is an option with henna tinting. (This service does not include tweezing or clean up.) Brow clean up method: Tweezing/Brow Razor

Brow Lamination is a perming process that sets the eyebrow hairs in place with a solution so the eyebrow hairs can be manipulated into a new and groomed position. The purpose of this treatment is to cast a shadow or create an illusion of fullness and depth in the eyebrows. This treatment will essentially fill in any gaps/sparse areas in the eyebrows.
